1. Eligible Returns:
Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
Unboxing video or clear photo evidence of the received product is mandatory to process any return.
2. Exchanges Policy:
Exchange requests are applicable only for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact our support via email or WhatsApp with your order details and unboxing video.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Our team will guide you for pickup or drop-off.
A replacement product will be shipped once the original item is verified and received.
4. Refunds:
Refunds are processed only for eligible damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
5. Important Notes:
Returns without unboxing proof or for change of mind are not accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective.
Keep your proof of purchase (invoice or order number) ready for faster processing.
